He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin D. Fox and Clara Hushower Fox; and his brother David Fox. He is survived by: his sons, Franklin D. Fox III (Stacie) of Youngstown and Paul J. Fox of Youngstown; and his siblings, Robert Fox (Terry) of Brookfield, OH, Steve Fox (Gina) of Struthers, Donna Krell of Struthers and Catherine Maldonado of Campbell, OH. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
He lived in the area his whole life and worked as a laborer in a salvage yard and he liked to volunteer with local food donations.
