He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. Patrick Sr. and Ann Severn (Rueben); his brother Dennis Patrick; and his close friend Lucky. He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Patrick of Struthers and Sheila Brooker (Mark) of Poland; and his nieces, Jennifer Patrick Cummings (Robert), Heidi Patrick, Krista Brooker and Madison Palmore-Lett (Eric).
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kirila Funeral Home, Inc. (258 Poland Ave, Struthers, OH 44471). A prayer was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Kirila Funeral Service (258 Poland Ave, Struthers, OH 44471).
