She is survived by: her parents, George Freeze and Patti Rohrman Freeze of Struthers; her husband Frank Musonda; her children, Jayden Musonda, Mackay Musonda of Zambia Africa and Zipporah Musonda of Zambia; her sisters, Nicole Bushling (Matt) of Boardman, Tiffany Alvarez (Anthony) of Merchantville and Lauren Freeze of Struthers; her grandmother Hazel Freeze; her parents-in-law, Rachel Mwape of Zambia and Ronald Musonda of Zambia; her nieces and nephews, Emma, Matthew, Eliana, Josephine Bushling, Maya and Norah Alvarez; and her aunts and uncles, Karen Cannatti, Keith Rohrman, Kathi Balogh (Ron), Bobby Rohrman (Lisa), Susie Freeze, David Freeze (Pat), Jean Metcalf (Jim) and Jeff Freeze (Pam).
