She was predeceased by: her parents, John and Elizabeth (Churlik); her husband Edward Gagye; her daughter Patricia Ondra; and her siblings, John Petro (Betty), Michael Petro (Ann), George Petro (Pauline), Paul Petro (Mildred), Anne Smolko (George) and Mary Petro.
She is survived by: her daughters, Geraldine Schreiber (Thomas) of Hubbard and Elizabeth Burleson (Donald) of Dunlap; her sister Helen Hurtuk of Struthers; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Jayme Burleson of Atlanta, Georgia and Donald Eddy Burleson (Laura) of Buford; and her great grandchildren, Juliette and Isabel Burleson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church in Betty's name.
