She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Jamison and Mary Jamison (Kelly); her husband William "Bill" Hancock; her siblings, Robert, Merle and Barb Jamison; her children, Karen, John, Loretta and Alicia; her grandsons, Brandon, Dalton Hancock, Will and Lucas Lowery; and her great grandchildren, Addy, Aiden, Bella, Ruthie and Emma.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:45 PM at the Becker Funeral Home - Boardman (8536 Market St, Boardman, OH 44512). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Elaine's name to Mina's Foster Closet, a non-profitable organization providing items and resources for foster parents and kinship guardians.
