He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Evans and Fanny K. Evans (Martino); his brother Rocky Evans (Betsy); his brother-in-law Robert Snyder; and his nephew Chad Evans.
He is survived by: his son Anthony Evans of Boardman; and his siblings, John Evans (Carol) of Port Pierce, Thomas Evans of Boardman, Michael Evans (Jayne) of Boardman, Kathy Synder, Diane Yeager of St. Augustine, Nancy Nerti of Boardman and Mary Jo Evans of Youngstown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
