He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lester Scott and Helen Scott Sr. (Benson); his wife Robin Scott (Miller); his children, Andrew Smeltzer Jr., Amie L. Ealy (Paul) and Pamela Butcher (Timothy); and his siblings, Pam Bartholomew, Caroline Kuntz, Randall, Larry, Lester and Bob Scott. He was also cherished by 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
