He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Hart and Bradie Frost; his grandchildren, Madelyn Frost, Anastasia Worsencroft, Joseph Hart, Azlynn Hart, Kaylee Frost and Tyler Frost; his sisters, Diana Phetterplace, Judith Carr and Sherry Julian-Isackson (Paul); his close friend David Reese; and his daughter Charity Ann Robertson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
