She was predeceased by: her parents, Pete Messina and Rose Messina (Maravola); her grandson Justin L. Bovo; and her siblings, Mary Arp, Shirley Olivo, Judy Landsdowne, James and Michael Messina.
She is survived by: her sons, Lawrence J. Bovo Jr. (Donna Bigley) of Struthers, OH and Steven Bovo (Sammy) of Austintown, OH; her granddaughters, Andrea Mehalco (Mark) of Poland, OH, Ashley Bigley (Dallas) of Struthers, OH and Brittany Krohn (Steve) of Poland, OH; her great grandchildren, Bella, Madelyn Mehalco, Scarlett and Memphis Bigley; her friend Bruno; and her pet Gus.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home (11 Spring St, Struthers, OH 44471). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
