He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Leko and Vivian Maycher Leko; and his brother-in-law Paul Sedzmak. He is survived by: his wife Anna DeCarlo; his sons, Jake Leko (Katie) of Struthers and Mike Leko of Struthers; his siblings, Albie Leko (Sue) of Solon, OH, Ron Leko (Karen) of Indianapolis, IN, Ed Leko (Traci) of Lisbon, OH and Theresa Sedzmak of Struthers, OH; and his grandsons, Colton and Sean Leko.
