She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Heasley; her parents, Victor Fedorchak and Helen Fedorchak (Muransky); and her sons, Christopher Heasley and Donald "Donnie" Heasley.
She is survived by: her children, Bonnie L. Rudzik (Jeff) of Struthers and Tim Heasley (Jo) of San Diego, CA; and her grandchildren, Kolton Rudzik (Madison), Jacob Rudzik (Mackenzie), Adam Heasley (Connie), Stephan and Taylor Heasley.
