It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Antoinette M. Monaco (Struthers, Ohio), born in Weirton, West Virginia, who passed away on August 13, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Francesco Marafiote and Mary Rose Marafiote (Rossi); her husband Rocco John Monaco; her son-in-law Eric Gozur; and her brother Vito Marafiote.
She is survived by: her children, John Monaco of Boardman, Rosemary Gozur of McConnells, SC and Janine Valerio (Jim) of Canfield; her grandchildren, Eric Gozur (Jodi), Vincent Valerio (Rachel), Ashley Jordan (Brittain), Julien Gozur (Chelsea) and Dominic Valerio (Tess); and her great grandchildren, Lauren, Eric III, Sophia, Bennett, Vinny, Natalie, Miller, Lorenzo and Nathan. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
