He was predeceased by: his parents, William Toth and Julia Toth; his wife Agnes Cifra; and his siblings, Betty, William and Paul.
He is survived by: his son Albert; his daughter-in-law Julie of Salem; his grandchildren, Jason (Allison) of Colorado, Jennifer Byrne (Tim) of Pittsburgh, Jessica Schuckers (Ryan) of Brookville and Joshua of Los Angeles; his great grandchildren, Lucas, Jacob Toth, Ronin Schuckers, Nora and Violet Byrne; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Ann LaPresta of Youngstown and Edward Cifra of Struthers.
