We are sad to announce that on December 6, 2021, at the age of 88, Agnes Mayor Puhala of Struthers, Ohio, born in Youngstown, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Belcik and Mary Yobe Belcik; her former husband Joseph J. Mayor; her husband Michael J. Puhala; her granddaughters, Emily and Faith Moran; and her sisters, Anna Mae Young and Mary Kritzer.

She is survived by: her friend Josephine Cibulas; her children, Joseph Mayor (Nancy) of North Jackson, James Mayor (Renny) of Struthers and Agnes Moran of Dalton; her grandchildren, Jered Moran, Trevor Moran, James Mayor Jr., Stephanie Mayor and Sarah Mayor; her brother Michael Belcik (Marge) of Poland; her niece Carol Cartwright of Salem; and her brother Jim.
