He is survived by: his children, Kristen Rodkey (Eric), Meredith De Guire (Justin) and Victoria Lewis (Jon); his grandchildren, Anne De Guire, Nicolaus De Guire, Charlotte Rodkey, Lucy "Goose" De Guire, Ben Rodkey, Raegan Lewis and Robbie Lewis; and his niece Gretchen Herzberger.
