She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Zygmunt Tujaka and Halina Tujaka; and her husband David R. Czerniak II. She is survived by: her sisters, Eva O'Neill, Ursula Montgomery (Eric), Mary Tujaka and Zofia Tujaka (Bruce Hackenbeck); her nieces and nephews, Jennifer Duyon, Robby Guba, Riley Guba, Garrett Clingan, Nate Clingan and Lexi Clingan; her sister-in-law Ruth Clingan (Aaron); her parents-in-law, David and Melanie Czerniak; her close friend George Gardner; her brother-in-law Aaron; her close friend Chung Baker (John Baker); and her in-law Week.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St John Neumann Catholic Church (16271 Pearl Rd, Strongsville, OH 44136-6037).
