She was predeceased by: her husband John; her parents, Frank Zaccaro and Filomena Zaccaro; and her siblings, Nicholas Zaccaro, Phillip Zaccaro, George Zaccaro, Chris Herbst, Michael Zaccaro, John Zaccaro, Thomas Zaccaro, Joseph Zaccaro, Louis Zaccaro, Sara Spahr and Victoria Lotz.
She is survived by: her children, John, Michael and Gina; her grandchildren, Anthony Kovach, Deanna Durkay and Dillon Durkay; and her great grandchildren, Gianna, Marley, Thalia and Alana.
