He was predeceased by: his father Hank Spicer of Steubenville, Ohio.. He is survived by: his mother Donna Spicer Kovach of Wintersville; and his brothers, Hank Spicer (Beth Petonic) of Brunswick and Mark Spicer (Kathy) of Canton. He is also survived by many close friends and family members.
