He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kotlin and Rose Kotlin; and his brother Joe Kotlin. He is survived by: his wife Erma Campbell; his children, Kimberly Kotlin (Scott Tuttle), Kathleen Stein (Ed) and John Kotlin (Jillian); and his grandchildren, Ashley Fandrich (Jason), Dillon Fandrich, Dakota Kotlin (Emily), Zachary Stein (Megan), Dalton Kotlin, Isabella Stein, Julianna Stein, Devan Kotlin and Giuliana Gass. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
