He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Evelyn; his children, Jerry (Cindy), Nikki Kaminski (Dale) and Dr. Debbie Kozik (Matthew Beardslee); his grandchildren, Melissa, Brian, Jeffrey Kozik, Nathan, Tori, Alexa Kaminski and Aidan Beardslee; his brother Nick (Brenda); and his parents, Nicholas Kozik and Mary Kozik.
