He was predeceased by: his parents, James Matuch and Carol Matuch. He is survived by: his wife Ann Matuch; his children, Nicholas, Olivia and Samuel Matuch; his sister Julie Heishman (late Joe); and his grandchildren, Kaya and Axel.
