She was predeceased by: her parents, George Sayyeau and Agnes Sayyeau. She is survived by: her significant other Gary Watson; her sons, Steven M. Watson and Matthew A. Watson; and her sisters, Diane Elek and Deanna Sayyeau. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. John Neumann Catholic Church.
