He is survived by: his children, Janice M. Koehler of Strongsville, Ohio, Michael "Mike" W. Nagel of St. Charles, Missouri, Mark A. Nagel (Kris) of Alhambra, Illinois and Denise K. Mutti (Michael) of Middleburg Heights, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Michelle Wojciechowski (Artie) of Middleburg Heights, Ohio, Trecia Winte (Barry Otto) of Pocahontas, Illinois, Ashley Toppmeyer (Randall) of Jerseyville, Illinois, Hannah Hall (Steven) of Southington, Ohio, Peyton Nagel (Taylor Ernst) of Alhambra, Illinois, Ryan Nagel of St. Peters, Missouri, Emily Nagel of St. Charles, Missouri and Makayla Mutti of Middleburg Heights, Ohio.; his great grandchildren, Alan Winte, Noel Winte, Emma Winte, Edith Otto of Pocahontas, Illinois, Brandon Wojciechowski, Paislee Clough of Middleburg Heights, Ohio, Jace Toppmeyer and Landon Toppmeyer of Jerseyville, Illinois; his brother Ronald Nagel of Highland, Illinois.; and also Elmer.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Salem United Church of Christ (1117 W North St, Alhambra, IL 62001). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
