She was predeceased by: her husband Nick Kuzmick; her parents, Antonio and Pietra Aquilina (Castronovo); her sister Mary; her brother-in-law Thomas O'Malley; her sister Helen; her brother-in-law Vito Fenello; and her brother James Aquilina.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Lisker Hoffman (Joseph) and Laurie Aquilina (William Carmean); and her sister-in-law Josephine Aquilina. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
