He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Pat); his sons, Gene Pachtler (Mish) and Jim Pachtler (Donna); and his granddaughters, Lindsey and Ashley. He is also survived by his loving family and many friends.

Donations in Charlie's name can be made to The Southwest Hospice Foundation, and would be appreciated by the family.
