She was predeceased by: her father Cas Zekoski; and her husband Randolph C. Leach. She is survived by: her mother Irma Zekoski; her children, Lindsay Taylor (Shelby), Ashley Leach and Nick Leach (Danae); and her stepsister Dr. Ellen Zekoski.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the ASPCA or the Southwest Hospice Fund.
