He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles E. Howell and Mary Howell (Weese); his wife Donna (Pifer); and his children, Jim Howell, Bill Howell, Michell Chapman, Tom Howell and Scott Howell. He was also cherished by 15 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
