He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Sr. Howe and Emily Howe; his daughter Leticia; and his sisters, Alice and Margaret.
He is survived by: his children, Walter III (Britny), Tommy (Amanda), A. J., Wanda, Crystal, Trina, Katie, Taylor and Samantha; his fiancée Melissa; and his siblings, Billy, Fran and Bev. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
