He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Stenger and Viola Stenger (Feaster); and his sister Elaine Hiuser. He is survived by: his significant other Kris Boyd; his daughters, Joni Hand (Kevin) and Lori Stenger (Donnie Arnold); his sister Nancy Murphy (Jim); and his pet Sanctuary.
