He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kotapis and Rose Kotapis (Mendlik). He is survived by: his children, Beverly Kotapish, Donna Correll (Michael), Edward Kotapish (Sue) and Michael Kotapish (Nancy); and his sibling Armene "Minnie" Ciha. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
