She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Blower and Joycealene J. Blower (Weaver); and her brother Donald R. Blower. She is survived by: her husband Terry Smith; her son James A. Risinger Jr.; and her grandchildren, Faith Ann Risinger and Hunter James Risinger.
