He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond R. Riggs and Audrey M. Riggs (Parker); his wife Leda G. Riggs; and his son Bobby Riggs. He is survived by: his children, Regina Macke (Brian), Lesia Marshek and Chuck Oliver; his grandchildren, Rusty Marshek, Heather Wojtowicz, Amanda Marshek, Morgan Oliver, Skyler Oliver and Chelsea Urch; and his great grandchildren, Kaleb, Noah and Lucas.
