He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rice and Esther Rice (Lenig). He is survived by: his wife Joann E. Rice; and his children, David O. Rice and Thomas L. Rice (Tina). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter.
