She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Hanacek and Mary Hanacek (Marek); and her son Robert Motz (Victoria Motz). She is survived by: her sons, Gary Motz (Fran) of Streetsboro, OH and Kenneth Motz (Teresa) of Rootstown, OH.; and her sister Ruth Anderson. She is also survived by her husband, children, and grandchildren.
