She was predeceased by: her parents, Stefan Kurzynski and Apolionia Kurzynski (Bugaj); her husband Mike J. Slovensky, Jr.; and her siblings, Helen Lalewicz and Hank Kurzynski.
She is survived by: her children, Janis Beckett (Rick) and Steve M. Slovensky; and her grandchildren, Jacob Stanley and Chloe Beckett.
