She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Hammock; and her brother Jackie Wolfgang. She is survived by: her daughters, Angelique "Alfie" Hammock of Kent, Rae Sue Petrolla of Columbiana and Lu Anne Mullen of Chandler, AZ; her brother Eugene Wolfgang of Campbell; and her pet Miss Kitty. She is also survived by three grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers memorial doantions to be made to Hattie Larlham Foundation 9772 Diagonal Rd. Mantua, Ohio 44255.
