With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeannette Doerfler of Streetsboro, Ohio, born in Findlay, Ohio, who passed away on December 19, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold W. Hamilton and Margaret J. Hamilton (Sheridan); her children, Buddy Alcorn and Barbara Alcorn; her grandson Nicholas Barnhart; and her siblings, Joan Brinton and John Hamilton (late Dominic Simone).

She is survived by: her husband James Doerfler; her daughters, Rebecca Wachovec (John) and Betty Jo Seabolt; her stepchildren, Daniel Simone (Beth), Earl Simone, Jim Doerfler and Susan Fischer (Rick); her grandchildren, Michelle Bonomo (Jeff), Stephanie Banks, Patrick Simone (Britany), Caitlyn Appleman (Michael), Alex Wachovec (Allie), Brady, Nathan, Griffin Fischer, Sophia and Elliot Doerfler; her great grandchildren, Ashley, Austin, Adam, Cory Banks, Bailey Jane Jursik and Leo Bonomo; and her great great grandchildren, Aurora and Jaxson.
