He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva J. Frame and Viola Frame (Shires); his wife Carolyn Sue Frame; and his daughters, April Cerveniak and Viola Klaus.
He is survived by: his children, Samuel Sethman, Jeremiah Frame (Nicole), Priscilla Genovese (Frank) and Jim Frame (Kimberly); and his sisters, Mary Brown (Bob) and Martha Berdiel (David). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren.
