It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacqueline Blunk of Streetsboro, Ohio, born in Aurora, Ohio, who passed away on February 16, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Ortman and Mildred Ortman (Todorovich); her son Benjamin Blunk; her brothers, Alexander and Daniel Ortman; and her brothers-in-law, Fred Goldberg and Ronald Kuchenbecker.
She is survived by: her husband Dennis J. Blunk; her children, Joe Cvrk III (Ann Marie), Rachael Swartz (Russell) and Alisha Roger (Christopher); her grandchildren, Haley, Joey, Zoe, Jaxson, Sophia, Carter, Millie, Lyla, Layla, Peyton and Preston; her son Rick Michel (Andrea); and her siblings, Pat Goldberg, Rusty Ortman (Vicki), Robert Ortman (Trudy), Susan Kuchenbecker, Dennis Ortman (Judy), Sonia Piscittello (Eugene), Ginger Berry (Mark), Nancy Ortman, John Ortman (Pam) and Ida Marchak (Rick).
