He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Dugan and Roberta Dugan (Lopes); and his wife Dorothy Lee Dugan (Zappone). He is survived by: his children, Harry W. Dugan III (Renee) of Stow and Colleen Hartley (Tom) of Kent; his grandchildren, Anthony LaMarca, Jenny LaMarca, Justin Dugan, Thomas Hartley II and Ryan Dugan; and his brother Richard Dugan of Florida.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Hospice of Western Reserve.
