He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Carter and Virginia Carter. He is survived by: his wife Sue Carter; his children, Michele (William Schulte) and Derek (Kelly Carter); his granddaughter Aubrey Carter Schulte; and his brother Dennis (Barb Carter).
