Fedelischak of Twinsburg, OH, Richard J. Fedelischak of Stow, OH, Darla R. Skonieczny (Mark) of Stow, OH and Nikki L. Huffman (John) of Stow, OH; his nephew John Sloan (Brenda); and his sisters, Laura Sloan, Anna Marie Gall and Georgette Stefek. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
