She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Muhaw and Anna Muhaw (Lashinsky); and her husband Edward Prementine. She is survived by: her friend Johnny Van Zant; her children, Joseph Prementine (Patricia), Barbara Bojarski (Stanley) and Lori Prementine; her grandchildren, Shawn Prementine (Jennifer) and Debi Ussery (Charlie); her great grandchildren, Sullivan, Abby, Sawyer, Harry, Megan and Jack; and her sister Ann Lefebure.
