He was predeceased by: his mother Vonda L. Lewis; and his stepfather Clarence Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Vickie E. Bailey (Maynor); his daughters, Amanda Benedict (Dale) and Jennifer Bailey (Jamie Rice); his grandchildren, Morgan Rice, Tera Hall (Dan), Vicki Gump (Billy) and Brittani Arbogast (Aaron); and his siblings, Jack Lewis (Anita), Maxine Bennett (Lee), Delores Thompson (Gary) and Kenneth Barefield (Lynda). He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
