He is survived by: his wife Darlene (Fugate); his children, Clinton Moats, Jr. (Lori), Lesley Ostrowski (Jason) and Greg Brown; his stepchildren, Billy Johnson and Michelle Johnson; and his siblings, Jackie Moats and Johnny Poling. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
