She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Neal and Nancy Neal; and her sister Tommie Graber. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Tawney of Fort Myers, FL.; her siblings, James Neal, Bess Kohl, Patsy Freeman, Kenny Neal, Dennis Neal, Russel Neal and Amy Sayre; her daughter Tabitha Teter (Kirt); her grandchildren, Tayler Williams (Jake), Katriana Teter, Zachary Teter, Brittany Teter, Madison Teter and Gabriella Teter; and her great grandchildren, Karmyn, Harlee, Eli, Teagan, Preslee and Dahlia.
