It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Moore of Streetsboro, Ohio, born in Oxnard, California, who passed away on July 27, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Charles Moore and Olive Moore (Black); his sister Margaret Conway; his nephews, James and Justin Jones; his stepdaughter Jennifer Wagner; and his son-in-law Nathan Yohe. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
