She was predeceased by: her daughter Tiffany Payne; and her sister Tina Barker. She is survived by: her husband Michael; her son Michael Mazzola; her stepdaughter Dawn Worman; her grandchildren, Jasmine, Layla, Isabelle, Lilly and Madison; and her siblings, Therese Greenleaf, Cindy Schrock, Brenda Hardman, Sherry Dillon and James Barker.
