He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hampton Poe and Lorine Boyd (Poe); his wife Margaret Poe (Mayle); and his son Patrick Poe. He is survived by: his stepfather David Boyd Sr.; his close friend Lynne Kennedy; his stepchildren, David Mayle (Laura), Jodie Maple (Doug) and Carrie Miller (Joe); his grandchildren, Tiffany Houpe (Marco), Doug Maple (Brittany Rice), Zachary Maple (Kylie), Joe Miller and Annie Mayle; his great grandchildren, Trinity, Micah, Houpe, Jacob Miller, Gage Maple, Bexley, Landry, Dillon Maple and Mason Bailey; and his grandchildren, Jodi Boyd (Debbie), David Boyd Jr. (Kathie) and Cheryl Mieczkowski (Mike).
Memorial donations may be directed to Mike's favorite charity, The Marco Houpe Foundation, 3100 Willow Springs Dr. Columbus, Ohio, for burn victims.
