She is survived by: her son Blair Fidak (Nicole); her grandson Brady Fidak of Toronto; her siblings, Kim O'Brien (Jim Inskeep) of Marysville, OH, Shelley Meyer (Bill) of Toronto, Janine Gabis (John) of Chillicothe, OH and Patrick Manning (Mai) of Los Angeles, CA; her former husband Al Fidak (Donna); and her nieces and nephews, Bridget Appelfeller (Jon), Brook Pivik (Paul), Brionne Moore (Michel), Kate Webster (John), Stefan Gabis (Sylvie), Andrew Gabis, Dan Swanson, Cory Meyer, Nychole, Ryan, Sean, Zachary, Logan, Ricky and Kyle Manning.
